3. Perfect Neighborhood, Safe, Close to Schools, Close to Parks and near the 41 on-ramp. As well, we really, really enjoyed our back yard which feels like being in an enchanted forest.

Historical Value; This Home was built, designed, and lived in by a former Major League Baseball Player name Tony Kubek who played for the New York Yankees during their Championship runs in the late ’50s and early ’60s.
